Hi all,I received a letter today from a firm (Texas Tax Protest) that claims they will negotiate your property taxes down on the owner's behalf.

I think this is my first post in the 2 years I have been a basic member and I am quite happy with the support I have received aside from the condescending one.

Basically what I'm imagining is the Marketplace Properties for Sale page here on BP but instead of just forum posts with all the details in text content and images, a database with all of the fields searchable, and then you could do things like apply the BP calculators against the numbers on the properties so you could easily pull up and compare key metrics like cap rate, COC return, etc.

I don't receive the BiggerPockets notifications for some reason..but I have sent over an email in response.
