If it is a turnaround project your IRR is likely to be higher by selling before year 5 and thus your reversion cash flow would be sooner if you optimized yields a the project level.

Account Closed I defiantly recommend getting into it, the smaller the university the closer you need to be to campus, walking/biking distance is optimal.  

On the left menu, click Layers > Utilities > Sewer. 

It's not optimal, especially for female students, but its workable.
