I was wondering if anyone knows of loan products out there that are beginning to look at or accept this income for DSCR?

This deal was financed with a 10% down second home loan.

Loan term 6 months.

@Timothy Grothuesmann  your point 1.. is OK I have seen this many times and have done it.home owner does not have the cash but they have a loan lined up.. they want the house they come to the auction see who buys it. 

Loan of 325K at 2.85%.

I am already over-leveraged into the project with LOC's and such, therefore I am looking for ideas for other sources of cash to supplement my current rehab loan to be able to get me across the finish line. 

The Program utilizes forgivable loans called "Deferred Payment Loans," which require no monthly payments to subsidize the required costs of rehabilitation.

Then after 1 year you can get another low down payment loan.

Has anyone had good or bad results from trying out credit report and score businesses that aim to improve credit and help in the journey to gaining a pre approval for a mortgage?
