I have found that once they get an inch they will take a mile.

The windows are 6 feet tall by 46, 32, etc.Any tips? 

A 4 bedroom in CH should start $1,300 in most locations unless I’m missing something.

It looks like this wide crack (from the picture looks like is a good inch on one side then less on the other plus a vertical crack that seems to follow a brick wall against concrete slab foundation.  

That may be a very tall order for a local bank.Big banks are kind of all over the map as far as what they'll do in what jurisdictions.
