The role of CF comes in two stages:1 - To recover your cost,..all of your cost, as fast as you can. 

Those seem much more difficult to me from the initial stages of finding the property, getting it reason owned, completely new floor plans, etc.I have a licensed general contractor that is very well-known in the area and has a very good reputation.
