Do you put dry wall up over it?

@Tyler Watts I am going to manage it myself, I have learned a lot of the handy side of things and don't have any fear of fixing the small stuff, also have built a network of handymen as far as having hvac guys, plumbers, electrician, dry wall finishers, I am confident I have that side covered.

I have not had any issues with them leaving me high and dry.

Dry cleaner would be a good fit but there is one next door :(3) Most likely you will have to renovate/re-model to suit multiple tenants. 

I just don't like the very dry air and the hills close in on me.

The urine will be behind the baseboards and soaked into the dry wall.

I have dry powder on the sidelines. 

They will be out faster than the ink will dry.

The home is uninsured and property disclosure states a failed pressure plumbing test and noting repairs that include plumbing, foundation, and wood rot (very vague/no specifics).

That's like saying, there are less people on myspace... social media marketing is delusional....Is inventory less... sure... is it dry... far from it.
