I think you will get a lot of value by listening to quality podcast and other educational functions.  

What's the difference between an educated seller and a non-educated seller?

First off, I'm completely new to wholesaling and for the past 2 weeks I've been eating and sleeping real estate from reading the education section of BP, listening to podcast, reading books, and watching vlogs.

Of my 2 siblings, myself and one other are educated and methodical.

Hey guys,             I wanted to start a little discussion mainly to educate myself, build some self confidence from others more experienced and hopefully continue a road map for others like myself. 

I am new to investing and currently educating myself while I prepare for my first deal. 

The best answer to your question: get educated about each so you can both instead of having to rely on others, some of whom don't understand the calculation, but nevertheless are more than willing to share their opinions.

Yessir, once you get the know how through education, there are so many ways to get creative to get a deal DONE and make some serious $$$ !
