as everyone has stated, you cannot learn this onlinego find someone at a meetup or a RE meet that is in the field and ask to tag along or try to partner into a deal so that way you can at least get a general idea on costs and how someone negotiates pricing on certain jobs etc. also dont ever try to buy into or purchase a "class" or coaching, you might as well burn your money if that's what you do!!

There's nothing wrong with it, but you need to be aware.I'm part of a very small boutique brokerage, so from the outside I think you could be fine with either but you really need to get the mentorship (even real estate coaches like Tom Ferry, Brian Buffini, etc. are a very good use of your money).Just be prepared to work hard and not make a first sale until at least 6 months to a year out.

There are consultants, mentors, coaches, and such that will do just that.
