These kinds of tenants are likely to cause physical damage as well.I had a similar issue with a new tenant who immediately fell behind in rent then hosted parties with their friends and damaged the building (our cost was around $500).

The first domino to fall will be over-leveraged AirBnb hosts, and then commercial landlords.

It seems to me like most hosts on Hipcamp have either farms or live on large tracts of land and they did not purchase the property with the intent of renting out camping spots.

However, I have started using Google Sheets a lot more for basic spreadsheets or checklists because I like that Google Sheets are lightweight, can be easily accessed on my Google Sheets app and are automatically saved to the cloud which makes file management much easier.
