Issues with Assigning a RE Contract (with BANK OWNED REO property)Many BANKS who are still putting out their REO inventory are refusing to allow for ANY type of language in the Buyers Purchase agreement which allows for the BUYER to ASSIGN their purchase agreement thru the Escrow. 

If I am collecting those fees upfront, how do this benefit the end investor and or what disadvantages does the end buyer (note investing wanting a performing note)?

its the title company that will not insure it to you new buyer.. or lender.you can rent it and own it or live in it..  

The difference between a true cash buyer and a "true cash buyer" is where the action is; make sure you drill down on that!

You need to market for good deals, or get on the buyers list for wholesalers in the Dayton area who have deals at investor prices. 

They are trying to get a new buyer to subsidize their kid’s life... not your job.
