Hi everyone, Question - If I were to purchase an investment property through my rental property LLC using a DSCR loan, can I rent the property from my own LLC (would live there while updating the property)?

Was my old condo that I lived in and is now rented out.My three flat is near the Clyborn/Diversey/Damen intersection.

If you plan to grow your portfolio, use a PM software that allows for corporate accounting so you don't need to get an additional Quickbooks subscription. 

Additionally, lower Fed rates do not necessarily translate into lower mortgage rates.
