Schedule your eviction the day before trash day , put it at the curb , when the trash men come , smile , grease his palm and watch the stuff magically vanish .

just doing quick math... if you rent each unit out at $100/night and average 20 days a month, that's $6,000/month and now you're magically in the black.  

@Jake Kozul This is a good idea because tenants think bed bugs magically appear in their apartment and don't grasp how they end up in their unit. 

There is no magical investing utopia that is perfect for everyone to invest in. 

Our carpets are so old, they have stains that magically return after shampooing, and the walls have places that crumble, the bathroom fan is the cheapest kind you can get so it gets moldy if we don't clean it constantly....we've probably paid so much extra in cleaning supplies, too, that wouldn't have been needed if we had updates.  

If you magically have $3k sitting around somewhere that you didn't use to lower your total payout on the current car, you'd have to use that money to make up the difference, and go find another vehicle.

I think you need to come at this with the understanding that people find themselves in times of need, and wholesalers help people in need (if they're good wholesalers).There's no magic formula... no silver bullet. 

Kevin,I can't give you the magic sauce recipe you might be looking for, but can share with you some general advice that might be helpful.  

The banks have never let us put less than 1k em here on FLThey let you out $500 down if te property is under $50,000 (I think that's the magic number) otherwise anything over would require $1000, and that's fine, but your selling this, your not a bank.
