We'll probably need oil for other things beyond 50-60 years like making plastics, fertilizers, electronics, transportation (not just cars but ships, planes etc. that can't be converted to electric as easily), tires, monster trucks, etc. if we run out before we have developed alternatives for everything we use oil and gas for, we'll have big problems.   

Definitely sets my mind more at ease , I was a little nervous not physically meeting the broker face-to-face ,due to the fact he’s in Boston and I’m in Ohio.

Another thing to consider if you're moving to Atlanta, especially from NY, is if you plan to use public transportation or drive your own car to work, entertainment, etc.

On a 3/2 16 x 80 transportation if short distance and tie down around $3000 and set up $8500.

I am a owner of one 3 family home in the boston area.

Ideally you would want to have all your ducks in a row prior to submitting an offer but if you're looking at something in the Boston metro area on the market around $230k, it likely won't last long if there is money to be made.
