My biggest unknown factor is that the house has been flagged by codes/social service as having lead paint.

The second was something else (unknown smell) but it wasn't registering for gas, and was on the exterior of the building's entranceway.

Too many decent opportunities to take a chance on an unknown.

Granted there are not many "deals" in our area and this house had the potential to make a good return but why risk dealing with potential serious unknowns to try and make money?

His wife and daughter (unknown age) are members of the company?

Did the tenants kids play with them and hide them unknown to the tenant?

With big environmental unknowns, this investment has above average potential for needing a cash infusion.

David,I doubt anyone here can give you a good idea of it's value as there are simply too many unknowns as to the demand for this product in its specific market.
