My mindset and a deeper understanding of my purpose for working in real estate has always been to grant me the freedom to enjoy my life, with my family, my friends, my kids and our love of travel and play (something that most typical 9-5'ers are not able to accomplish). 

In a 3 month period of time [1] I came out of the closet with being Autistics [2] we bought and moved into a travel trailer because we had spent all of our money, and I was naive enough to tell everyone that we were now poor but so blessed and did not care because we now lived near our wonderful friends in the mountains [3] I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had a double mastectomy [4]  swiftly bloated up 30 pounds, developed lizard skin, hair loss and was no longer cute and young looking for my age [5] meds made me cry over anything and seemed to suck out all my brain cells [chemo brain is real]But this was all okay, because I had the support of all of my wonderful friends, right?  

we used the extra blown in insulation to fill in the crawlspace under the kitchen and under the bathroom.I used the foam in a can to seal all the light mounts and smoke detector mounts with firestop and I am happy to say the house is more quiet and the heat pump does not struggle anymore! 

I am a Canadian, but I have been in Chicago/Indianapolis for about 10 years for school, and right now frequently travel to Los Angeles.    

Pretty sure I just sent a rental app to an email address that translates to, "I manage hookers and smoke weed!"

When you invest in abandoned properties you can get a smokin’ hot deal, or find yourself getting smoked.

On the other hand, I wonder if the tenants smoking crack could have anything to do with it?

They should drink less beer, smoke fewer expensive cigarettes, buy one less big screen tv, and work more so that they can pay the rent.

I'm from Houston and occasionally I travel throughout different cities in Texas for investors meetings.

Now, I do think technology will help with the costs (sorry agents) just like it did for stocks and travel.
