The new platform is for consumers interested in a product or service to conduct an internet search for information on that topic; they may go further and contact the provider of that information to move forward with a purchase, sale or other transaction.

It sounds scammy but the finance company seems legit from the websites and podcast calls though it's hard to tell as a rookie.Thanks in advance for any advice / feedback.

I'm CEO of a company that is in the process of launching a social lending platform for foreclosures - similar to Prosper.com and LendingClub.com except for real estate.

He may have a very legit reason, but 'Hope' is not a very good strategy to build a business upon.As others have suggested, play by the rules you yourself have set down.

This new platform ismuch more stable and will never crash or need to be rebooted.
