I have done it for 40 years and 200+ homes in Northern Ca.Why is it that very few people ever achieve their financial dreams and what do the few successful ones do differently from the ma­jority who fail?

I hate the idea of putting my dream on hold once again, even for a little bit, but I found an article this morning that makes me think that I have probably been underestimating the monthly allowance needed for both vacancy and cap ex costs.
