Here is my marketing plan for December:1) Do absentee mailers about 1500 prospects early December before holidays.2) DFD for vacant homes, placing bandit signs in ideal locations, Sticky notes on NOD prospects3) skip trace vacant homes and return mail4) place ads in CLI'm not sure if that's enough?
