What impressed him the most I think and showed him how serious I am, was sharing my in-depth business plan; everything from goals (both personal and business), my target market, strategies for finding and evaluating good deals and financing them, exit strategies in the event of not being able to sell, and a breakdown of how profits will be utilized and handled.It is a great feeling when your spouse believes in what you do.

Not having to pay amortized interest means having more going to principal now which also helps pay down balances quicker as well.It's not for everyone and takes more in depth money management skills not to mention discipline.

I understand that property values have gone up however seeing a property that was bought for $199k 12months before and now listed 350k seems like not a sustainable number when looking at rents that increase is not justified from my understanding.I understand because it’s a FHA loan the equity I could add is limited because the MFH has to be in working order.Ok now back to the topic, What are most useful websites that local BP members find helpful when evaluating a property from a quick evaluation to a more in depth college grade microscope?
