Have you found it easier to work with local banks now that you have a syndication under your belt or does that continue to be a challenge?

If you believe your tenants to be intellectually challenged to the point that they can not manage the recycle system you have a problem.

It made me realize how incredibly niche'd real estate truly is, I had my little corner of the market that I knew how to make money in and to get into another was very challenging.

Option 1: One mortgage, both on it, you're coborrowers, no different in terms of responsibility/obligations/etc than an engaged couple buying together.Option 2: One mortgage, only one person on it, the other person can be property manager or whatever you work out once you own it.Option 3: One person on mortgage, both on title.

That's a lot of land, finding the right people to work with is the hardest challenge you will face.
