Or his mental illness will be highly contagious for your head.

How is it different mentally from having 2 units to increasing to 7 or more units?

This past year has not been the best and really beat me down mentally and physically(car accidents are no fun!)

With $10,000, I think the first thing you should focus on is finding some ways to boost your income and get your cash a little higher.

Also, with the medical facility, that’s basically a satellite hospital, being completed within one year, I’m also thinking I could rent one unit to traveling nurses to further boost income. 

So with the surprise of how expensive windows would be and going ahead with the install, I made a mental note that I would be the one taking care of mowing the yard to protect my precious expensive windows...As part of their rental agreement, I included mowing.

After that, it depends on your mentality.  

This will boost your ability to scale much more efficiently in the beginning.
