I watched YouTube to learn but not enough.

With that said here is a like to a little youtube series that I found enjoyable.

He markets to absentee owners in strong markets (which he shows you how to find).His Youtube channel has it all.

I have been completely engulfed in listening to podcasts, watching youtube videos, and browsing forums involving real estate investing.

If this were a single person, or married couple without kids, who mentioned that they are sometimes noisy (play a musical instrument, or love to have loud music on), you could reject them for the same reason.

They like to charge unfair prices to teach you this particular niche when there is more than enough info on BP and Youtube to answer alot of your questions about wholesaling and any other real estate niche.

By the way @David Sanchez, I had the pleasure of going to the Clayton Club Saloon one evening after a bday party out in the area, and had a blast dancing to some folksy, toe-tapping music with a fun group at this 1800's true "watering hole."

It's like watching the Caribbean World Series on TV with all the music and chants they do.
