The renters probably well know that they have been getting an amazing deal and they don't expect it forever.Just keep in mind that this is in fact a business and the same way that Costco doesn't sell a $4500 TV for $2000, you shouldn't be selling a month of rent for $2500 too little either.

We're not solely financially independent yet, so the thought of continuing to pay for our property out pocket does not phase us nearly as much as the treat of a multimillion dollar lawsuit stemming from a terrible personal injury.Maybe I've seen too many personal injury attorney tv ads?

But, from my experience, you could end up with them taking over the living room watching TV that you're not into.If you share a bathroom, get a weekly cleaning lady and include that cost in the rent.

I also don't have any issue with allowing pets if the proper measures are taken Rental Insurance "Confirm there is no restrictions with a pet in the policy", get a pet deposit, clearly state what pets are allowed "I saw a TV interview the other day on a guy with a Puma for a pet...not what you want in your rental house", background check and a limit on how many pets "You don't need a puppy mill at your property either."
