I’m looking at renting to traveling nurses, but generally how are you researching comparable rates so you know you’re priced right?

I’m looking to do more flips involving  partners so I can scale more quickly into more passive income and move closer towards my goal of helping my mother retire early.

I could write a book on the days nursing bloody knuckles, years of no vacations, junker cars that no date would be seen dead in, maxed out credit card frugality & the proverbial, mentally exhausting, room-mate trials & tribulations. 

I was looking to help my retired mother save some money with her monthly bills.

This is actually what we do with all our properties now, and we've seen success with the travel nurse/remote worker renter with everything from a 300sf studio to a 1br condo to a 3br condo and now a 4br house in the Springs. 

I'm partnering up with my sister who has a more stable career as a nurse.

She does not make a ton of money, but I work as a nurse where I have a w2 PRN staff job, but am currently working as a travel nurse as well.

I could also just tell her I’m not going to renew her lease, but she does pay her rent on time and I don’t want to kick out a single mother with two small children in December in Montana.
