Adam,This is far from all-encompassing, but be prepared to answer questions about the property, your experience, and income (personal income, and income from other ventures/businesses).I would ask questions about the lender's turn-time, experience with this type of deal/property (commercial or residential, etc.), LTV and debt service coverage maximums/minimums, rate, term and amortization, as well as any prepayment penalties (if any) and origination fees + closing costs.Might also be beneficial to ask if they will hold the loan on portfolio and service it, or if they make a practice of selling their loans.
