I guess you can use the same codes for both the knob and deadbolt, many be shorter codes (4 digits only).I am only using keyless deadbolt so far with non lock knob.If there is a cheap bluetooth version of the keyless knob I may use that, so the tenants do not have to enter code.

Assuming you're paying double-digit interest on your credit cards, I don't have a problem borrowing against the 401K...HOWEVER...Make damn sure you understand the terms of the loan and that you will be able to meet those terms for repayment.
