Millennials, for the most part, grew up entirely in the digital age, and because of that, they have different expectations of the home purchase process than their parents and grandparents did.

Chuck as a general rule of thumb I personally try to avoid going past anything with double digits streets.

Pretty much any granular model with be a GIGO machine if one doesn't price risk correctly and thus selecting significant digits down to the penny for precision is dubious at best.
