A family of  2 - 4 usually uses on average 3,000 - 5000 gallons per month if they have a washer.

The mortgage payment is about $990/month and we have listed the house on the market for $1350/month(washer, dryer, & refrigerator included).

They have made a few comments regarding there being no refrigerator or washer/drawer.

If you see a condo with no inside washer and dryer and oak cabinets there is a good chance that the building was originally an apartment building.

I am currently amending my leases for this as I just had an inherited tenant forget to put the drain hose from his portable washer into the tub and had been “sleeping” and ran the whole cycle while gallons and gallons of water flooded a downstairs unit.

Now you are setting the shifts and hiring attendants.I consider each washer and dryer to be a "door" that people rent for about 30 minutes at a time.

Also came with a newer washer and dryer and side by side frig. 

I have an even bigger house.  3 story, 4 baths, 9 beds, 1 jacuzzi on the 3rd floor, 2 washers, 3 dryers, and a permanent paranormal resident (ghost). 

She says she loves cleaning our house because there is no clutter like a primary residence.We put in new super capacity washer and dryer as doing the laundry is the biggest bottleneck and she does all this on site and remakes all the beds.

Some areas require washer/dryer, other don't even require a stove.
