I know I'm not going to get rich off of sfhs.

My credit is good and I'm making payments, but just not enough to bring the ratio to a level that is deemed "worthy" to a traditional lender.

Not confident that what I'm currently thinking of is the most appropriate strategy for my current cash on hand and traditional finance I've lined up.

I am currently almost two years into an investing education program with Rich Dad Education.  

I invest in the same areas and am also looking for a small apartment building to add to my portfolio.It's hard to branch out and look for larger multifamily when you can still use up traditional loans and get good 1-4 unit properties.  

What are other ways investors are pursuing financing outside of traditional financing for SFR's?
