Because it was a nicer, more affluent area there was much less crime, and many times, we as citizens had to worry far more about traffic tickets as opposed to getting robbed at gunpoint, or my car our home broken into.

Collecting rent charges automatically that end up in a automatically reconciled income stream in your accounting system makes a lot of sense, even recurring expenses can be recorded this way, all while receiving maintenance tickets on the same app, communicate with tenants and archive lease agreements and any other property related documents. 

There customer service response is lackluster, they give an option to submit a ticket but it doesn't go through, leaving you to email support multiple times.
