Sounds like prices vary based on each situation but I'm looking at $15k.  

Anderson charges $13,000 for first year set up for my situation then yearly fees (I stopped adding up the numbers after I was in shock about the $13k).

I have had similar situations with everyone here.

Someone in your situation might think to explore Physician's Loans since you're DMD which would qualify you for 0% down and no PMI so I'd see if that's a fit alongside with other lending products.

Also, I've of the camp that LLC's and expecially anonymity in many situations is overrated...And, if you are investing in FL, then you'll need realtor licensed in FL. 

Those premium hikes have caused a lot of investors to sell and when there is scared or stressed sellers it can cause a value drop to the market.
