Since a lot of property management is based around scheduling appointments I feel like once I find a reliable handy man I can do a decent amount of the property investing myself.

We were fortunate to find a skilled reliable trustworthy maintenance guy who works with one of my partners.

She is getting cash from the government she wouldn't of otherwise gotten and was able to purchase a reliable car and pay off debt.  

If you don't have a good reliable cleaner, you won't have a STR :)

I know Tranes are reliable but would like to find out if I can justify spending the extra $$$ for it.

Z Wave a distance of 100 feet give or take but having each device acting as a repeater really helps the distance.WiFi is just as reliable so I don't think you give up anything with it in regards to uptime.

Bob should understand that one’s creditworthiness is determined not only by the income, assets and job continuation, but also their reliability in paying money back in the past.

I don't mind hiccups in the software, but not having reliable customer service to get these sorted is a no-go for me.
