I’ve just been analyzing numerous properties & find some to be what seem like good investments.

I've actually found that there is  numerous ways to make money and seeing as I have a history of property management ( I was an assistant Property manager for roughly 3 years)  I may try to go back in that field part time to pay bills.

If so, who is the supplier?

Since then I've made numerous architectural pilgrimages to important houses like the Gropius house in Lincoln, Ma.  

They will tell you they need to know what is planned before they can make their decisions as there are numerous solutions.

After all, the number of people with $3 million to throw at something like this is not as numerous as those who can come with $300K. 

I’ve tried numerous times to get Cozy to respond and whey they did, they said verbatim that, “Experian should be able to help me.”Note that the word is “should”.

This experience was not ideal by any stretch but it did help me learn how to manage expenses, roommates/tenants, and complete numerous repairs over the 4 years I owned it.

When I have done that, my attorney makes numerous changes and would have rather had us use his PSA to protect us as the seller or a buyer.By the way, I loved your podcast and currently have 109 front doors in 7 apartment complexes and 7 single family too.  

In particular, I work with a great kitchen supplier who orders direct and usually donates or cheaply sells extra supplies that are rejected or slightly damaged.
