If you're okay tipping 10% or more for a meal at a restaurant why would you NOT spend even 1% to have another set of eyes look into your business to see if it will be profitable?

Anyway, I seriously doubt that any investor will need to convert links and chains to meters or feet (links and chains being an old survey measurement).

This basically means he is eating out everyday, every meal. spending over 10$/meal.

I suspect that what's driving the lawsuits are the hotel chains, and I think it's crazy that I can't rent my own property out to whoever I want, unless it violates specific covenants for say a condo association. ...Just my two cents

Hi, if you keep the receipts from your transportation (gas, mileage, etc) and also any receipts from meals from meetings with RE agents, etc.

It's a good meal for rehab days.
