The only way they get that is to go through manufacturing and an oil based economy.  

But like you see all over BP right now many are leaking oil badly and small investors in funds or syndication's that are not working are literally helpless to fix their situation.

After you've scaled and got it working like a well oiled machine......you can quit?

Not me.Couple of months ago I was very interested in a commercial building....I suspected it was an old oil field servicer building/warehouse and equipment yard....google street view looks fine, but when I got there tons of abandoned equipment in the yard, a few old giant oil storage tanks, raised diesel tank.   

We did not retain any oil, gas or mineral rights.

Address their concerns and keep the lines of communication open.Maintenance: Regular maintenance is like taking your car for an oil change.

There are plans for massive projects coming to Naval Yard, Oil Refinery, and another big project up in West Philly.

One of the big knocks on Alberta is the idea of it being a "1 trick pony" aka oil dependent.

We got in our foundation expert who crawled down in the crawl space and crawled all over and looked at all the piers and came back and when the selling agent was not there he said there were 3 piers that needed to be replaced total which would likely cost about $1800 and that the sloping floor was most likely caused by years of the ground under the piers heaving (buckling) during the cold winters as our winters used to regularly get down to around -35 and if we were worried about it we could get either a small propane or oil heater and keep the crawl space heated to about 35 degrees and it would never happen again.

My own 'Brown and tan' counter has had bottles of oil broken on it and looks perfect.
