I have a great bookkeeper that I use in the phillipines, very fairly priced and knows his stuff.

Anyone know if paying 1 huge principle payment at the end of each year would pay it off faster verses bi weekly payments?

I could work backwards if I had to to add up all of the depreciation I claimed over the years and subtract that from my original basis, but I don't know what the original basis was. 

It's encouraging know many markets are in similar situations.
