Thanks for the positive encouragement- I've already spent hours here- the resources available and knowledge of the community are impressive.

This is encouraging and I place I would like to get to.

So, it will probably take years to build up enough to take out money.I encourage you to think through your plan a little more before you move forward too fast.

I would encourage you to do some more research.  

There are many wise and encouraging words on this thread from rookies and veterans alike. 

I listened to the podcast where Shawn Horsapple was interviewed and it was really encouraging an got me motivated again.

This is a great place to connect with like-minded people and learn new stuff.I would strongly encourage you to consider downloading and listening to the podcasts whenever you have a chance to. 

This community has been very inviting and encouraging and it's so great to be involved with this community and feel like I am not dealing in some kind of future upsale or sales scam.  

There is a difference.I strongly encourage you to learn real estate.
