I called the current company that owns them and they said they get $10/machine (I assume per month) and then everything after that is 50/50.If my math is correct, and all provided info is correct as well, that would mean I would collect around $340 every three months.

Two units are Vacant right now.They have laundry machines on site that bring in an average of $300 a month (or so the P&L sheet claims)If i brought all units to market rent, and 100% occupied, it would top out at $14,000 monthly rents.

I think there are some ways you can properly vet an opportunity where you can make it work, with a good foundation of business expertise under your belt, a good team around you, and some well machined systems/procedures in place with whatever it is you're investing in.

I do not have a cellphone (perhaps one benefit of not having one) and no longer respond if they call and leave a message on my answering machine as the form letter I include with the returned application explains why the rejection.You can, of course, reject simply because the application is not complete as required.Gail
