Standard postage does not return to sender and so you don't know which ones bounce back.

I have come to realize that compared to where BP was say 3 years ago, we are sliding in the quality of informative posts.It's rather difficult to say, but this new wave of newbies bouncing in speaking authoritatively as if they know something is getting harder to keep up with, then include the sharks looking for prey, the wanabe gurus, and those that don't understand Chapter One of the Principles of Real Estate and we have a real mess!  

Do you know anything about what lenders require, because what they require effects the marketability of a property.....that is, unless you think you're going to limit your market to only cash buyers.Michael has good stories, he's a master, but.....his bouncing his earnest money check 30 years ago as a kid, well.....he was a kid and secondly, that was 30 years ago!

BP could line up a speaker or have a main topic where Pro members could flesh out ideas and bounce ideas off of each other.As a group we could probably come up with some powerful ideas that BP could then leverage or monetize (ebook, podcast, white papers, how to books...)I would be more then willing to share online marketing ideas with the Pro members and I'm with Michael on the increase in cost for Pros.

(You know, "I'm rubber and you're glue - whatever you say bounces off me and sticks on you...").  

People with poor credit (for whatever reason, you can have 350 credit score after one uninsured  trip to the hospital) or a history of bounced checks cannot get a bank account.

Do not hesitate, to post questions and bounce ideas around in applicable forums.

I have been talking quite a bit about getting some video content to help reduce the bounces. 

One issue is that whitepages keeps inactive phone numbers and emails in their records, so at least half of our calls never ring and a decent amount of emails get bounced back.
