To obtain our goal we plan to become investors but we have to make baby steps first so we're starting out with wholesaling to be followed up with rentals and flipping. 

For us we have  been all about baby steps.

So we just took everything in stride, did it in baby steps and turned pot holes into assets. 

We are willing to take baby steps in order to start out in the right direction.

In business and life, if you know how to make people comfortable, you'll do well, IF you celebrate the small victories, learn all the little baby steps first & build on it.You can't build a skyscraper if you don't understand basic principles of construction.
