Studies show the number one reason Americans don’t build wealth is car payments, low interest or not that’s what it says.

This has been validated in every single study of the data that I am aware of.  

I primarily enjoy looking not only locally but across the US and focus on studying emerging markets because I believe in investing in areas for the long term.

study for your real estate exam and learn the industry from that stand point then decide.. its not expensive and at least you will learn the terminology and you will network with those in the industry.. wholesaling on your own is kind of like being on an island pretty tough thing to do unless your a super star sales person highly motivated .. know CRM and marketing inside out etc etc.

Those self-education activities and numerous blogs, technical charting books, ETFs, index funds, 24/5 futures, fx, metals, commodities, energies, cyclical methods, moon phases, sun spots studies, etc made me feel like I am some sort of small authority so out of hobby started working on market charts to make those theories put to work in real life just for fun.
