I am in college right now and am hoping to get a remote job in the future where I can make this possible (thanks to the 4-Hour Workweek). 

I managed 100 rentals with a 40-hour work week and most of those were single-family homes spread across town.

Again people probably read "The 4 Hour Work Week" and are spending a ton of their revenue hiring everything out and throwing money at people just so they don't have to do the work.

Read the Four Hour Work Week, they have plenty of VA references. 

That has brought me to consider bringing on a personal assistant to help extend my ability to be productive during the work week.

I hate to plug a biz-ness-ie book, but Tim Ferris' "Four Hour Workweek" is a good taste.Most of the "hire it out to a PM" crowd, I'm afraid, is working off landlord legend and gossip, not real experience.

We have a VA who has been working for us the last 9 months for 10 hours / week.She’s looking to add 20 hours to her work week but we’re pretty small and not looking for acquisitions at the moment, so we don’t really have enough to keep her busy for the extra hours.

Personally I prefer Fridays as the start of the work week really gets crazy.
