Now if the seller was a little old widow and the wholesaler coaxed her into selling the house for 50 so he could make 50 on the transaction, he should be shot.

One lady is a new widow of about 6 months, she and her husband had about 6 properties they own in a small town and she is just tired and ready to sell.

For instance, an older widow who has inherited her husband's apartments and feel burdened with tenant and maintenance problems might be an ideal prospect for seller financing play, even at a higher price point. 

It's not a word I would apply to screwing widows out of their homes.I give you full respect for your role as a Realtor.
