I know when i travel to hotels ( which is almost every month) I check for coffee pods and will choose hotel that has them  then i bring my own pods LOL  unless its a real high end hotel and they have the ultra coffee makers  do your cleaners know how to clean the water repository on a Keurig?

If that's the case, you would charge rent + utilities + water or just lump it into one rent fee.One thing to keep in mind is that friends often bail on deals like this once you get it so you have to be prepared to have to figure it out if you get the house and he isn't interested.

Pierce that corporate veil like a water balloon.I have a few buildings and each with 4 or less and hence residential investment loan. i agree and have come to the conclusion to increase the liability insurance by 500k. 2nd- buy an umbrella insurance from the same/different carrier.
