Seriously though, the Asset Manager more then likely is a secondary purchaser of the mortgage in a warehouse situation, and will never even know the primary owners name of the original mortgage.

With indoor temperatures here 110 degrees in the summer, if a tenant's A/C unit go's out, you are going to pay for them to stay in a hotel until the repair company with a 3 week wait period can get out to your home, and hopefully, they have the parts in stock.

if its in the lease, you are most definitely supposed to turn the a/c on regardless of your comfort level the same way a lease may state that inside temperatures cannot go below a certain threshold in the winter.
