We travel, take daily walks together, attend church, assist at the Phoenix mission, garden, hike, keep on on the latest issues, have lunches and dinners with friends, attend family events and sit and stare at the stars.

Well every since that day I have always hung around this group and have been snubbed by several A and B TEAMERS of NR because they don't like this Mastermind Investor group leader.Just thought of something else that is very funny this couple that moved from Hawaii CW & SW they are 5 star certified and all they do is market, well you would think if they are 5 stars they are pretty effing good at what they do, to be 5 star what that means is everyone they bring in they get paid $1000, $1750 or $8000 on the products that NR markets.

I will simply quote Richard Davis, the original star of Flip this House, Owner of Trademark Properties and arguably one of the most famous flippers in the country, at the end of the one episode where he rehabbed one of his rental properties for a new tenant.

It was slated to be a "Village" which was to include retail stores, condos, floating stage on the lake for concerts and so much more to surround the Westin 4+ star hotel.

You will have to do some checking in your area what your 'star' park (one star, two star etc) is selling for.

If it is a quick foreclosure state, then you might be able to turn and burn the place in under 6 months if the stars align perfectly.

.- Install added insulation (attic, basement ceilings, ect)- Install Energy Star appliances- Convert oil furnaces to gas if possible.- Upgrade furnace to high-efficiency unit (90+ rating)- Convert oil water heater to gas if possible.- Recycle: demo, paper towels, drink bottles, ect.- Replace the toilet (old toilets use a lot more water!)

Nobody else, though, had all the stars in alignment and made a fortune from that opportunity.The black swan is more general, and deals with how events we don't control often have more impact on our lives than the things we do control.
