Cheap properties in Milwaukee are fools gold (especially for OOS investors, people literally will scoff at a rough listing and then someone will say: eh, someone from CA will buy it..)

They can visit you up to 10 years after the transaction completes.Buying houses for "Free" can be very expensive.Incidentally, it isn't holding two FHA loans simultaneously that is the problem.
