@Duncan Tayloris correct that HOA are registered with the state and if I were you I would do the research myself and locate them and pay a visit as opposed to waiting for the Title Company to take care of it.

When buying out of state office/retail properties, do you always visit the property first prior to putting in an offer... or do you put in an offer first (solely based on the numbers), and once you agree to terms with...
