It is hard to find deals so good, you want to snap it up right away.

The only purpose of the agreement is to give up rights you have so you can be sued.

Got a couple of potential manager, contractors, co-investors lined up right now but I am always looking to expand4) I have an amazing lawyer for my tech business, she specializes in IP but she is networked in and is currently looking to find the best real estate legal representation I can partner with.

Should I bring this up right away?

Run a few new runs of new grounded wiring too so the gfi and enough circuits are added,  DO IT UP RIGHT and put new clean-outs where they help most and you probably never need them,,,suffer if you dont. 

I signed up right out of signing with a broker expecting to get my early leads from this source to get me rolling while i learn the ropes to find leads at a better rate elsewhere... firstly its $250/month for 6 months in my area at least, then to buy a zip code they tell you that they have all these people who are paying $500+ for that zip code to be the top rotation of the group, basicly you are suppose to rotate more frequently as the top of the 3 agents listed for houses in that area.
