Anything over 30 days just about everywhere triggers tenants rights and you could get really stuck without a full bore lease.Checking into each tenant will help keep damage to a minimum.

We have been thinking about this for a long time, but finally decided to pull the trigger.

I also think the election results will trigger a material change in the financial markets and influence borrowing costs.

I have not seen Any posts in here that I would consider too harsh for the general public.

I had it all over the house once, but IIRC there was glare and it looked rather harsh. 

They just are not proactively advising a permissive right has been triggered.
